Although he faced life-threatening circumstances, Patrick wrote that "the Lord delivered me. ...Daily I expect murder, fraud, or captivity, or whatever it may be; but I fear none of these things because of the promises of HEAVEN."

  HOPE NEW YEAR'S HOPE

2009 is Exciting as we near an end of this decade.
Our Hopes, our dreams all seem to declare;
Days, times, moments, thoughts begin to cascade;
This bright new vision of Hope I have that knocks despair.

NEW is the key word ass I anticipate the future...exciting..!
Vistas of opportunity loom before me now as I dream: HOPE;
Thoughts become Believing faith, Redemptive, so inviting.
Step by step this focus becomes a living reality, a true Scope.

2009 years since AD began; before that BC was here now gone;
We now are living, abiding, presiding, in the Future, Think..!
Vertical crosses horizontal, Spiritual Power that is now Done.
Almighty, omnipresent, omniscient is now quite distinct..!

All is New as each day we anticipate every heartbeat..!
Thoughts, dreams, plans, and HOPE are now a Reality..!
Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth is no defeat.
Pray Until Something Happens, demands action+fidelity.

NEW YEAR'S HOPE is now so very clear to me and you.
Step by step; take each decision carefully...our Future..!
Words, thoughts, deeds, plans, wishes, all parts are due.
This is the Final Design that is fast becoming Mature..!
